1 pt. vanilla ice cream 1/2 c. salted sunflower nuts 1/2 c. honey 1. Scoop ice cream into 4 balls using 1/2 cup ice cream each. 2. Roll balls in sunflower nuts. Put into freezer until ready to serve. 3. Place ice cream balls into serving dish. Drizzle each with 2 tablespoons honey. | |
