1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter

Grease bottom only of a 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle nuts in bottom of pan. Sprinkle coconut on top of nuts.

Mix cake as directed on box and pour on top.
