CHICKEN CHOW MEIN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken bouillon
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1/3 c. diced onion
1/2 c. cashews (optional)
1 can chow mein noodles

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in slow 300 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
