CHICKEN SUPREME 
3 c. chicken meat (sm. chunks)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1/2 c. chopped onion
Potato chips
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 green pepper, chopped
1 seasoning packet from Chicken Rice-A-Roni

Cook only the chicken. Mix and pour all ingredients into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Before baking, cover with crushed potato chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, covered with foil. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes. Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
