SLOPPY JOES 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 sm. onion
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 jar Heinz chili sauce
1/2 c. water

Cook beef and onion together slowly for about 20 minutes. Drain off any fat and add remaining ingredients and cook slowly for about 1/2 hour. Serve on hamburger buns. Makes about 8-10 burgers.
