SIN PIE 
FIRST LAYER:

1 1/2 cubes butter
1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. chopped nuts

Mix and press firmly into 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip

Cream together sugar and cream cheese. Blend in Cool Whip. Spread mixture over crust. Keep cool.

THIRD LAYER:

2 (3 oz.) boxes pudding, chocolate or vanilla
3 c. cold milk

Whip until smooth. Spread over second layer. Top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts.
