KING RANCH CHICKEN 
1 pkg. tortillas, soaked in chicken broth to soften
1 large chicken fryer, boiled, boned and cut into bits
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. chili powder
garlic salt, to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomatoes with chilies, crushed

Grease large casserole dish with butter and place in it a layer of tortillas, cut in fourths, layer of chicken mixed with bell pepper and the remaining ingredients added in the order listed. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Serves 8 to 10.
