3 lbs. potatoes
2 cans Spam
6 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 brick cheddar cheese

Boil and cube potatoes. Cube Spam. Layer in a greased 2 quart casserole dish.

Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour until brown and frothy. Add milk, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Blend in cheese until melted. Pour over Spam-n-potatoes and warm in microwave or oven.
