12 slices bacon (1/2 lb. crisp)
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Sprinkle bacon, Swiss cheese, and onion in greased pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients 1 minute until smooth or in blender 15 seconds. Pour evenly into pie plate.

Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown and knife comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
