CHICKEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 lg. roasted chicken
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. milk
3 - 4 celery stalks, cut thin diagonally
1 c. seedless grapes
2 c. diced apples
3/4 c. slivered almonds

Cook chicken, cool, debone and set aside. In a large bowl combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and milk. Stir until blended. Add celery to dressing mixture along with cut-up chicken and all other ingredients. Toss lightly until ingredients are mixed well. Salt and pepper to taste (optional). Refrigerate.
