MY FAVORITE MEAT LOAF (LOW
SODIUM, LOW CHOLESTEROL)
 
2 lb. ground round
1/4 c. "Egg - Beaters"
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. skim milk
Pepper to taste

Add crushed UNSALTED soda crackers to mixture to make a firm loaf. Can be made into 2 smaller ones. Place in loaf pan 5 x 9 x 2 1/2 inches, or two smaller ones. Top with bottled barbecue sauce. Bake 1 - 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
