NAPOLEON CREAM BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg slightly beaten
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 cup coconut
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. milk
1 - reg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter

Combine first 4 ingredients in top of double boiler. Cook until butter melts. Stir in egg and continue cooking until mixture thickens. Blend in crumbs and coconut. Press into buttered 9 x 9 pan. Cream 1/2 cup butter. Stir in milk, pudding mix and sugar. Beat until fluffy. Spread evenly over crust. Chill.

Melt chocolate and the 2 tablespoons butter. Cool. Spread over pudding layer. Chill and cut into bars.
