ZUCCHINI BARS 
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. walnuts (opt.)
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs, 1 at a time. Stir in vanilla, flour and baking powder; mix thoroughly. Stir in coconut and nuts. Spread batter evenly in well greased jelly roll pan. Bake 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven. While warm, frost.

CINNAMON FROSTING:

1 c. powdered sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine ingredients and frost bars. Cut when cool.
