INDIAN FRY BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Oil for frying only

Mix ingredients in food processor (dough should be soft, not sticky; if sticky, add a little flour). Roll into 2 inch balls. Flatten balls to two 5 inch circles. Make a hole in center. Fry in 1/2 inch preheated oil. Fry 1 minute or until golden brown, turn. Drain on paper towels.

Serve plain or with butter, honey, cheese, cinnamon and sugar or invent your own topping. Makes 6.
