CHICKEN TOSTADOS 
4 chicken breasts, baked & skinned
1 bunch green onions, sliced
3 tbsp. butter
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 env. taco seasoning mix
1 can green chilies, chopped
1 can sliced ripe olives (optional)
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
2 c. mild grated cheddar or Jack cheese
Shredded lettuce
Taco sauce
Tostado shells

Cut chicken in strips, saute chicken and onions in butter. Add tomato sauce, seasoning mix, chilies, olives and simmer, covered about 15 minutes.

To serve, place warm tostado shells on plate. Add chicken and top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Add taco sauce to taste. Sliced avocado and sour cream may also be added if desired. Serves 8 to 10.
