SOFTY CHICKEN TOSTADOS 
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 tbsp. chopped green chili
1/2 c. water
Tostado shells

Combine all ingredients except tostado shells. Place in microwave and cover on high power for 5 minutes or until mixture bubbles. Spoon onto tostado shells and top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, and sour cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
