BOTERKOEK (Dutch Butter Cake) 
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
3 1/2 sticks butter (or 2 sticks butter, 1 1/2 sticks butter)
2 c. sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Mix all 4 items. Press in pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

Note: Do not test for doneness. Because of the butter it will take more than 2 hours baking. When cool, turn onto rack.
