BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE PIE | |
Stir one 8 ounce package cream cheese to soften. Add 1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla; beat until smooth. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip or whipping cream. Spoon into store bought graham cracker pie crust - chill. Top with 1 can (1 pound, 5 ounce can) of blueberry pie filling - chill until set. (Can use any desired fruit pie filling in place of blueberry). |
