MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. macaroni, any shape, cooked and drained
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 c. vinegar
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
4 grated carrots
1 c. sugar
2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients. Chill at least 4 hours before serving; overnight is even better. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
