HAM ROLL - UPS 
1 loaf whole wheat bread
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. chives
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 (8 oz.) pkg. wafer ham, pressed

1. Cut sides from bread. Roll each slice flat with rolling pin.

2. Combine cheeses, chives and mayonnaise.

3. Spread cheese mixture on each slice.

4. Top with slice of ham.

5. Spread cheese mixture on top of ham again.

6. Roll up, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (I usually do the night before I use them).

7. At serving time, cut off ends, slice each roll in about 6-8 pieces. Makes about 100 bite-size pieces.
