LOW CALORIE APPLE DESSERT 
Toast 1 slice bread with 1 teaspoon butter. Cook in microwave 3/4 cup sliced apples with cinnamon. Place on toast and add 1 package Equal Sweetener. May add slice of cheese and microwave until melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

I am in TOPPS now so was looking for a dessert that I could have that didn't use all of my calories up plus all of my food groups -- such as bread and/or starch and fat!! OMG is this ever goooood!!!! It's just like having a piece of apple pie. Sooooo GOOD! I couldn't believe it. I'm taking it with me to the next meeting we have. I used light bread, so I only used 1/2 bread, 1/2 fat (I use the light butter) and 1 fruit. It is so great.
