CHOCOLATE MERINGUE PIE 
2 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter

Mix egg yolks and milk; add sugar, flour, and cocoa. Mix well and cook on top of stove until mixture thickens. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 400 degrees until pie shell is brown.

Make meringue by combining egg whites with a little sugar; beat until stiff peaks form. Place on top of pie and brown.
