MOUNDS BARS 
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 pkg. coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
3/4 slab paraffin wax

Mix first 5 ingredients and knead into 2 inch balls.

Melt chocolate chips and paraffin wax. Dip coconut balls into melted chocolate and wax. Set on wax paper and refrigerate until set.
