EGGLESS FUDGE CAKE 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. chopped nuts
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 c. hot water

Combine first 5 ingredients. Add milk, butter and nuts. Pour into pan. Mix cocoa and sugar and sprinkle over dough in pan. Pour hot water over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
