SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. bread crumbs
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork (or pork sausages, Ma)
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. marjoram

SAUCE:

3 cans tomato sauce (sm.)
1 med. (no. 2) can plain tomatoes
1 can tomato paste (sm.)
2 paste cans water
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. marjoram
1 bay leaf

Form meat into balls and brown under broiler or brown with 1/4 green pepper and 1 large onion in Wesson oil in frying pan. Cook/simmer browned meatballs in sauce approximately 2 hours.
