BEET SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. cherry Jello
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 sm. pkg. raspberry Jello
4 c. boiling water
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1 (#2) can julienne beets
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish

Dissolve Jellos in boiling water. Add rest of ingredients. Chill and serve on lettuce leaf with dressing on top.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. heavy whipped cream
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. minced celery
2 tbsp. fine cut peppers (green peppers)
1/2 tbsp. minced onion

Add mayonnaise, celery, peppers, and onion to whipped cream.
