BEEF STEW 
1 to 1 1/4 lb. beef stew meat
1 lb. potatoes, cubed
3 carrots, sliced thick
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Bake at 350 degrees.

Cook stew meat in roaster pan while fixing rest of vegetables. Combine all in roaster pan and cook for 1 hour.
