CHICKEN FLAUTAS 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1/2 tsp. cumin
Flour tortillas
Hot oil

Mix together chicken, cheese, chilies and cumin. Warm up tortillas. For each flauta spoon some chicken mixture onto a tortilla. Roll up tortillas lengthwise as tightly as possible. Secure with toothpicks.

Heat 1/2 inch oil to 365 degrees and fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve with salsa, sour cream and additional cheese as desired. Yield 8 flauta's.
