BAJA-'DERVES 
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chili peppers, drained
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can tiny shrimp, drained
36 to 40 round tortilla chips

Combine cheese, chili peppers, olives, onion and mayonnaise. Gently fold in shrimp. Top each chip with the cheese mixture. Micro-cook on high for 1 to 2 minutes or bake in oven until bubbly. Serves 12.
