2 sweet red onions
3 lg. oranges, sectioned
2 avocados
2 head romaine lettuce
1 bunch leaf lettuce
1 head iceberg lettuce

Marinate oranges, avocado, and onion slices in dressing. Pour over torn lettuce just before serving.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. salad oil

Mix thoroughly.
