NOODLE COOKIES 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (or butterscotch), approximately 1 c.
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. peanuts
1 tsp. butter
2 c. mini marshmallows (optional)

Melt chips and peanut butter with 1 teaspoon butter. Add noodles, peanuts, and stir until well coated. Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper and cool.
