LOW CHOLESTEROL OATMEAL MUFFINS 
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg whites (lightly beaten)
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. applesauce
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Mix dry ingredients. Add all others. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes in greased muffin tins.
