COOL CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (3 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
2 c. milk
Hershey bar

Mix melted butter, nuts and flour together. Pat into a 9x13 inch pan and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

Mix cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip, powdered sugar and vanilla and spread on crust. Mix vanilla and chocolate puddings (dry) and milk together. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Grate Hershey bar on top. Chill. Serves 12-18.
