POTATO SALAD A LA CHOLESTEROL 
5 lb. bag new potatoes
8 eggs
Hellmann's mayonnaise
Mustard
Lawry's seasoning salt
Lawry's coarsely ground black pepper
Dill weed
Nutmeg

Peel, cube, boil potatoes. Drain. Boil eggs, peel and chop. Combine potatoes and eggs while still warm. OPTIONAL: Add essence of grated onion, about 1 tablespoon to taste. Add salt, pepper, dill weed, and nutmeg. Blend with mayonnaise and 1-2 teaspoons mustard. Excellent when first made and served warm to room temperature.
