CHICKEN SALAD CHINESE 
2 1/2 breasts of chicken, cut up
1 can bean sprouts
2/3 of a green pepper
3-4 hard cooked eggs, cut up
2 med. green onions, cut up
5 stalks celery, sliced
1/2 c. diced cucumber chip pickles
1 can sliced ater chestnuts
2 oz. pkg. slivered almonds
3-4 lg. radishes, sliced
Add some ripe & avocados, if desired

DRESSING:

Mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
Enough pickle juice to flavor dressing

Mix into salad.
