PEACH AND PINEAPPLE PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
2 1/2 c. flour

FILLING:

1 lg. can drained pineapple tidbits
1 lg. can drained sliced peaches
1 box yellow cake mix, or less if desired
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 tsp. cinnamon
Cherry halves, optional

Dissolve yeast in warm water in medium bowl. Add sugar, salt, oil and flour. Beat with wooden spoon for about 20 strokes or until well mixed. Let dough rise, lightly covered, for 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Divide dough into 2 portions. Roll each portion into 10-inch circle on lightly surfaced pan. Freeze one for a pizza crust of make your own main dish pizza to go with Dessert Pizza.

On the other pizza crust, place peaches and pineapple tidbits on crust; add a few cherry halves for color if you wish. Sprinkle yellow cake mix over fruit. Next, put butter pats and lastly sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
