CHILI BEAN SUPREME 
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix, salt to taste
2 cans of kidney beans (2 tbsp. of sugar)
1 can tomato paste
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
4 pieces of American cheese
Parmesan cheese

Mix cornbread as directed on box and set aside. Fry hamburger and onion together and drain. Add kidney beans, tomato paste in frying pan together with hamburger and 2 cans of water. Add salt and sugar to hamburger mixture and simmer for 1/2 hour. Pour into flat 9 x 12 inch pan, add cornbread mixture on top of chili mix, turn and spread. Lay slice of cheese on top of cornbread, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until cornbread is brown or done, check with toothpick. "Now enjoy your Chili Supreme."
