LASAGNA 
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheddar)
8 oz. lasagna noodles
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 onion, chopped very fine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can tomatoes
1 c. ketchup
16 oz. cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs

Cook noodles, as directed and drain.

Heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil in large pot. Add beef and next 6 ingredients. Then add tomatoes and ketchup.

Mix cottage cheese and eggs.

Alternate layers of noodles, meat mixture and cottage cheese mixture in casserole dish. Top with shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
