1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
3 med. apples, diced

Cream sugar and butter together. Add egg and beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in pecans, vanilla and apples. Bake in greased 9 inch pan at 300 degrees.

SAUCE:

1 stick butter
1/2 pt. coffee cream
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients; cook over low heat about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
