1 c. Crisco
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. quick oats

Mix ingredients together. Shape into 1 inch balls. Make criss cross with fork tines on cookies. Bake 350 degrees 8-10 minutes.
