ZUCCHINI QUICHE 
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
4 c. sliced zucchini, cut 1/8 inch thick, cooked tender-crisp
1 (10 inch) unbaked pie shell
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. light cream
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. seasoned pepper

Place bacon, cheese, and half of zucchini in pie shell. Combine eggs, cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper; beat well. Pour into pie shell. Arrange remaining zucchini slices on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 8-10.
