CHOCOLATE COVERED CHERRIES 
1 box confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. milk
3/4 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. bag chocolate chips
1 lg. bottle cherries
1 (4 oz.) cake paraffin wax
Nuts (optional)

Mix first 4 ingredients into a stiff ball and pat out flat. Place cherry inside, fold dough around cherry and roll into a ball. Melt chocolate chips and 4 ounce paraffin wax in saucepan over very low heat. Then dip cherries into chocolate mixture. Take up with a fork or toothpick place on waxed paper to cool. Place nuts on top while hot, if desired.
