MOM'S CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
Sugar
1/4 c. butter
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Combine crumbs, butter and 1 tablespoon sugar and blend. Line a 9 inch springform pan and refrigerate. In a large bowl beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add 1 cup sugar and blend. Add eggs one at a time mixing well. Blend in 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon almond. Pour into pan and bake a 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden.

Remove from oven. Spread with sour cream combined with 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon almond extract. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Serves 10.
