MEXICAN SUPPER 
3 lbs. ground beef, lean
2 bell peppers, chopped
2 onions, chopped fine
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Garlic salt
2 cans mild enchilada sauce
1 can chili-hot beans
1 lg. can tomatoes, cut up

GARNISH:

Onions
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Olives
Cheese
Sour cream

Brown ground beef, green peppers and onions in large pot, drain fat. Add all other ingredients and simmer over low heat 1-2 hours.

Serve over nacho/taco chips. Garnish as desired.
