PASTA SALAD WITH BASIL DRESSING 
1 lb. twist macaroni (cooked in salt water)
3 leeks
2 med. tomatoes, peeled and cut in wedges
1 to 2 stalks celery, chopped small
1 sm. carrot, grated fine
2 hard boiled eggs, cut in wedges
1 can sliced olives
1 can sliced mushrooms, if desired

Cook macaroni, drain and cool. Add all the ingredients and mix well. Add dressing and let sit for 2 hours.
