SAUCY SHRIMP GUMBO 
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 c. seafood cocktail sauce
8 oz. Polish sausage, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped okra
16 oz. peeled shrimp

In large saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in the shrimp and simmer, uncovered, 3 minutes more until shrimp are pink. Season to taste with pepper. Serve over rice.
