HEAVENLY HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1/2 c. butter
3 sq. chocolate
3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter and chocolate slowly in a heavy skillet. Stir in sugar gradually until completely blended. Add milk and cook for 7 minutes. Makes 1 quart. Serve hot or cold over ice cream.
