GELATIN CHEESE MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. peach Jello
1 c. boiling water
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (28 oz.) can peaches with syrup

You may substitute lime Jello and pears or cherry Jello and fruit cocktail. Mix Jello and water together and set aside. Place peaches, syrup, and cream cheese in a blender; blend quickly until smooth. Add cheese mixture to the Jello. Mix well. Pour into a mold and refrigerate several hours until set. Unmold and slice with knife.
