PUMPKIN BREAD 
2/3 c. shortening (cream)
2 2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2/3 c. water
3 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. pecans
1 c. raisins

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Grease pans, don't flour. Bake in small loaf pans.
