PORK CHOPS AND APPLES 
6 pork chops
3 to 4 unpeeled apples, cored and sliced
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 400°F. Brown chops on all sides. Place sliced apples in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Dot with butter. Top with chops. Cover.

Bake 1 1/2 hours.
